Polignano a mare: One of the most photographed spots in Puglia is an ancient town that grew on cliffs above the sea with famous Lama Monachile beach.

Mozzarella experience: A private visit to the laboratory, where we will learn everything about the production of mozzarella, burrata, ricotta and we will directly observe (and taste of course!)the traditional manual production of these fresh cheeses.
Extra virgin Olive oil Masterclass: Visit to a typical Apulian Masseria surrounded by centuries-old and thousand-year-old olive trees and olive oil sommelier - will introduce you to the secrets of genuine high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The Olive oil Masterclass will end with a tasting test to distinguish between good and bad olive oil.
Wine Tasting of Primitivo at local family winery that has been dedicated to Primitivo for generations and is currently winning awards around the world. Tasting of various Apulian varieties and different types of Primitivo wines (we can drive you home after all☺)
Alte Mura bread tasting: Taste the first European bread with a protected designation of origin in Alta Mura. We will visit one of the oldest bakeries in Altamura, where we will learn all about this miraculous bread.
